Dazed and confused, he scans the horizon for shelter. He spots a large cluster of black mass in the distance, between trees and harsh desert. Blinded by the sun, he feels his way forward, hearing pronounced noises of animals and insects above and around him. He accepts that he might die, giving himself over to that possibility.
The Mysterious Armor
J-ROD feels a thick black mass on the ground - he thinks it's a rock or tree. With eyes closed, he uses his mind to visualize what he's touching. It feels like a huge immense man, but it has no soul, no heartbeat.
He feels its face - the face isn't there. He realizes it's possibly a suit of some kind, protection for someone of immense size. There's nothing in the suit - no body, no dead individual inside.
He quickly drags it toward nearby trees. It's heavy but manageable. As he drags it across the sand, the bottom half of the armor comes apart. He walks around and looks inside, realizing he can get in there. He drags both halves into the safety of the trees.

J-ROD climbs inside the suit. He lays inside, tired, overwhelmed, and mentally withdrawn.
